About Us

My name is Misty Pursell & I am blessed enough to have a wonderful & healthy family and I get to do what I love in life.

Thanks to my wonderful parents Steve {1941-2007} & Carol Lyon, who introduced me to horses 40 years ago when I was little, who always made sure I had a good looking & good minded horse under me. This love of horses continues to this day.

My wonderful husband Brad and I own a 51 acre ranch in the beautiful mountains of Napa Valley.

We have Quarter horses & special Mustang.

We breed AQHA quarter horses. We have a few foals each year that we offer for sale. A lot of thought goes into what stud we breed our mares to. Looking for a stallion to cross with that will compliment our mares is a fun challenge; finding a stud that is great minded, has correct conformation, cutting and reining, earnings, great pedigrees & then throw in a great color on top of all that.

It is all about the dogs around here!!!

**We have and raise AKC Australian Cattle Dogs. Our ranch & home is ruled by these wonderful dogs & we would not want it any other way.

We show the ACD's in International & AKC conformation shows. Look for us in a show near you!

Our ACD's are Bred to work and then go into the show ring & win! Brains & Beauty in our dogs!

ACD's are amazing dogs and we offer AKC puppies for sale to approved homes.

Because of them {& Jesus} and their many, many years of breeding & dedication to this breed; they have allowed me to walk through the door of breeding & being able follow my heart!

I am loving every minute of it & feel very blessed!

I look forward to everyday of learning and doing my best to represent what I truly believe is an amazing breed of dog; the ACD!
